We offer 1:1 Running Coaching services to women of all ages, levels, and abilities, including new runners, experienced marathoners, and every runner girl in between.

Additionally, all 1:1 Coaching includes Strength Training + additional Sports Nutrition guidance.

Meet the Coaches:

Nicole McComic (@runnergirlnicole) is the CEO, Head Coach of Soul and Strides, LLC. She offers 1:1 Run Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Strength Training, and local + virtual private yoga classes.

Laura Tiffany (@laurarunshappy) is an Assistant Coach of Soul and Strides, LLC. She offers 1:1 Run Coaching. Laura is an experienced runner of all terrain + distances, including numerous marathons, trail running, relays, and ultras.
